How do I enroll in the study?
If you are interested in participating, or want to know more information, please e-mail us at [email protected]. You can also e-mail or call any team member. Our contact information can be found here. What does my participation entail?
For a brief overview of what you will need to do as a participant, see the ‘Our Study’ page for a brief overview. More detailed information can be found in our consent form. How do I benefit by participating?
Study participants sometimes find that tracking their symptoms and mood using the MiAfib app helps them become more aware of how atrial fibrillation affects them. We also provide small financial compensation for participants who finish the study in the form of a $50 Visa gift card. However, the majority of the benefits of your participation will be experienced down the road by other patients; you are helping us improve our understanding of atrial fibrillation so we can develop new interventions to help patients feel better.Where do I go for my enrollment visit?
We are located at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center (CVC). For directions to get to the CVC, visit the website here.
Once you have arrived, you will meet one of our team members on the 3rd floor in the northwest corner of the building.
